We handle everything for

- Inventory your property by list and
photo
- Organize, sort, clean and display for sale day
- Individually price and label items.
- Advertise online, signs, local newspapers and mailing
lists to advertise your estate sale.
- We provide qualified staff and security to insure an
efficient profitable sale.
- After the sale, your property will be left vacuumed, all
garbage disposed of and the property secured and
clean.
There are no upfront fees
involved(unless otherwise specified) to have Platinum
Estate Sales to handle
your estate. We charge a commission based on the sales. Sales are usually
held on Friday and Saturday but can vary depending on the size of the sale.
Preparation time for the estate sale is about a week prior to sort organize and
